evaluation_services.jpgThe process of developing a research proposal can be complex - monitoring proposal calls, finding partners, agreeing the research agenda, scheduling the work, writing the proposal, agreeing the project deliverables and milestones, allocating tasks and sticking to the internal deadlines, reviewing proposal documents, preparing financial tables, managing tasks and people – operating within very strict time-frames!

 

We offer a number of writing and management services during the proposal development phase.

  Depending on your requirements, we will:

  • Monitor the funding sources to identify suitable Programmes or Topics
  • Develop the proposal concept and work plan
  • Arrange meetings with relevant EC personnel to discuss your research idea
  • Plan the proposal preparation phase and allocate writing tasks to partners
  • Plan and attend consortium meetings
  • Co-ordinate the proposal preparation activities between the partners
  • Manage document editing and revisions
  • Assist with writing the ‘Implementation’ and ‘Impact’ sections
  • Assist with charts and diagrams (e.g. Gantt Charts, PERT Charts, Organisational Charts, Milestones and Deliverables Tables, and Work Package Tables)
  • Create a budget based on expenditure proposals
  • Assist with all EPSS tasks including partner registration and partner profiles
  • Read and evaluate the proposal as it is being prepared and make recommendations
  • Assist the Project Coordinator in ensuring a timely submission of the final proposal
