This workshop will present an overview of FP7 Marie Curie Funding, providing practical tips for researchers or host organisations planning to submit a proposal for Individual Fellowships.
What is Marie Curie Funding?
Marie Curie funding is awarded to European or International researchers in order to help further their research career, or enable them to transfer their knowledge to another research group. The host organisation is normally a research-active university, institute, or company. The Marie Curie grant covers the salary of the researcher for 2 to 3 years, as well as other research expenses.
When is the proposal deadline?
The EC deadline for proposals for individual Marie Curie Fellowships is August 2012 (specific date not yet available).
Who should attend the workshop?
Researchers, academic supervisors, research managers and administrators, technology transfer managers or R&D managers from institutes or companies.
